Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of altivlabs.com and the free services offered on it, operated by Altiv Labs Technology Services Ltda. (CNPJ 59.041.654/0001-06), Rua Mostardeiro 777 CJ 1401, Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. By using the site, you accept these terms; if you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The services are aimed at businesses and professionals.
Our services
The site provides company information, a newsletter, call scheduling, and the AI Opportunity Scan, all currently free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or these services at any time.
AI Opportunity Scan
- You may only submit a URL you own or are otherwise authorized to have analyzed.
- The scan reads the publicly available content of the submitted website.
- Output is generated by an AI system and is provided for general information only — it is not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice.
- AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and we make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
- You are responsible for any decisions you take based on the report.
- We may rate-limit or refuse scans, including as part of automated abuse checks.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, our branding, and the presentation of scan reports are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site and your scan report for your internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use of the site or services.
- No attempts to breach, probe, or overload our systems.
- No scraping or bulk-automated access outside documented features.
- No submitting third-party personal data without that party's authority.
- No misrepresenting scan output as human-authored professional advice.
Third-party services and links
Booking runs on Calendly, our blog at dispatch.altivlabs.com is a separate site, and we link to other external sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site or services will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the free services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including, for consumers in some jurisdictions, statutory rights that remain unaffected.
Indemnification
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, including submitting a URL you were not authorized to submit.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law — continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date above changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance where the law allows it.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the exclusive venue is the courts of Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. If you are a consumer in the EU or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection rules, you keep the protection of those mandatory rules and the right to sue in your home courts where the law grants it.
